When we work individually or in community to actualize the vision of the Creative Spirit, we are open to the myriad moments of joy that adhere to the spirit of compassion, empathy, kindness, and love. In compassion, we are aware of the needs of another. In empathy we feel this need as our own. In kindness we try to ease another’s burden. In love, we nurture the bond that connects each to the All. When we live to serve others, we discover the flow throughout the interdependent web of sustaining grace, and give thanks! Namaste!
"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience" (Pierre Teilhard de Chardin). These meditations/communications are inspired by spirits, guides, teachers, and masters, and provide guidance for walking on the path towards a new paradigm for earth. Along the way, we will learn something, you and I, about the many dimensions that co-exist around us, and what it means to be a “spiritual being having a human experience.”

Loss is a part of life. When we lose something or someone, we suffer the pain of the awareness of separation, but at the same time we open a place in which the new can enter and reside for whatever time as may be necessary to learn from this new being or thing. What we see as sorrow is the preparation of the spirit to open us to joy. When we release that which no longer serves to fulfill us, we open ourselves to the potential of growth and renewal, and give thanks! Namaste!

Sometimes it is hard to remember that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Then, we need to know that while we are eternal, the physical is not and shouldn’t be thought of as our primary home. What we experience here is but a series of lessons, a long day at school filled with myriad actions and reactions that inform our spirit as it traverses this plane. When we are at the end of this journey and move home to the realm of spirit, we can see clearly that all the joys and sorrows have served to move us along the path to awareness of self within the All. When we accept that the physical is transient and the spiritual is eternal, we can accept with grace each step, and give thanks. Namaste!

The energies that surround us can bring us peace and calm or serve to agitate and distract us from our path. When we find ourselves trembling with an energy that is not our own and which causes us distress and discomfort, we need to take a deep cleansing breath and allow those negative vibrations to flow away from us without impacting our being. In times of high stress, when we are unable to focus on staying in the moment of peace, we can light a candle and allow its flame to remind us of the flame that exists inside of us. When we remember we are a light that is a part of the All, we can remain centered, and give thanks. Namaste!

Nature provides us with everything we need to live on this planet, in this physical form. When we respect the nature around us and refrain from damaging the aspects thereof, we live in harmony and grace and can depend on being nurtured by the water, land, and air, and those things that inhabit each. But, when we denigrate that which would otherwise serve to sustain us, we can find that not only is that which wishes to live in symbiosis with us in peril, we are also putting ourselves in harm’s way. When we live in peace and respect, we become a part of the synergy of the planet, and give thanks! Namaste!

As we journey through this incarnation, we meet many other spirits along the way, each experiencing their own physical manifestation and reacting to it in their own unique way. Some people are optimists, others pessimists. Some open themselves to the new and different, and others enjoy the consistency of routine. Some endure unspeakable hardships, and others seem to find the path peaceful and calm. In all aspects there are lessons to be learned and each is a blessing. When we base our lives in love, compassion, empathy, and kindness, we share our blessings with others, and give thanks! Namaste!
