The essence of the universe is love. Nothing is as powerful and nothing has as much potential to change the paradigm that we accept as reality. Love heals, sustains, informs, gives comfort and joy, bolsters confidence and strength, and fills us with the effervescent power to celebrate our being through both stillness and action. It is through the energy of love that we embrace the world and allow it to embrace us. In the beginning, the Creative Spirit breathed the All into being through and in the energy of love. Namaste!
