Being here and now, in this moment and no other, allows us to pause and perceive the air that surrounds us as it touches our skin. If we stay very still we can discern in the air various aspects—it is moving or it is stagnant, dry or heavy with humidity, odorless or fragrant with the sweet aromas of summer. As we contemplate the air further, closing our eyes and imagining a reality beyond our reality, we can acknowledge the air as a being, always here in all space and time. The air we inhale and exhale has existed in one form or another since the very moment the Creative Spirit breathed it and everything into existence. As we allow the air to flow over our skin, know we are embraced by that perfect, loving Spirit. Namaste!
