In the morning, as we awaken in the darkness to greet the new day, we may look to the east and find a bright star, a planet actually . . . Venus! Venus, the Roman goddess of love, is more often honored during the month of February as lovers everywhere celebrate Valentine’s Day. In truth, love should be celebrated year-round as the emotion that is the manifestation of the energy that sustains and informs us all. As we drag ourselves from our warm beds on cold winter mornings, the planet Venus reminds us that we are held within the warm embrace of the energy of love! Namaste!
