We are each filled with a sparkling and radiant light that is the visible manifestation of our individual spirit within the physical form. As such, we are never truly in the dark, for we each carry with us at all times our portion of that light which is eternally connected to the Creative Spirit that brought us into being. As we meditate on this radiance, we can begin to feel it radiate into the recesses of our physical being and further into the very air around us. Rare though it is to see the spirit of one incarnate, this light can be perceived by the eyes of the heart as an expression of the energy of love. Namaste!
