In the alchemy that is found in gratitude, we turn from existing to recognizing. We know in these magical moments, that there is a larger purpose for our being, for the grass that grows, for the stars that shine in the dark sky, for the food we eat, for those we love. When we pay attention to that which informs and sustains us, we are acknowledging that which is greater than we are and at the same time is that of which we are integral parts. Then, we may stand in awe and wonder that any of this exists at this moment in the illusion of time, and give thanks. Namaste!
