We are responsible for and to each other. The well-being of one impacts the well-being of all. In this truth, there is the opportunity to send positive intention as meditation or prayer. In Metta, or loving-kindness meditation, we ask for the well-being of others as a mantra intoned silently or aloud. One such meditation may be expressed as: “May all beings be happy, may all beings be peaceful, may all beings be safe, may all beings awaken to the light of their true nature, may all beings be free.” You may repeat this as you sit in meditation or walk along the way. As you express loving-kindness for others, so too, will this reflect back on you, awakening the interconnected heart paths we share together in peace and love. Namaste!
