Be in this moment. Be here and now. In the illusion of a here and a now spaced within time. Close your eyes and open your heart. Quiet your mind and the chatter that is within and without you. Listen . . . Hear the sound of the universe cascading around you and listen further and hear the words of spirit speaking to you, reminding you that what you are living is an illusion and that the reality is one of kindness to self and others. Listen and become gentle and calm. Feel spirit surround you with love, feel the love fill your heart with effervescent joy. Let the light of this love and joy fill every pore of your physical body and meld within your spirit. Let the love and joy flow from you to fill the illusion of time and space around you. Rising from this moment, take this love and joy filled light with you to illuminate your path. Namaste!
