When we speak, let our words be sustained by truth, kindness, and compassion. Let us know at the end of the day that we have done no harm to another or to ourselves. Let us know that we have not inflicted pain or distress as we speak the story we are. Our path is made smoother when we actualize in truth and peace—when our words reflect integrity, we nurture rather than injure. When we speak the truth in compassion and kindness, we speak with the breath of the Creative Spirit. Namaste!
