Spend the day saying and thinking only positive words and ideas. Do not say or think anything negative about what you are doing or what anyone else is doing. If you find yourself in a moment of negative speech or thought, change it immediately into a positive one. I can, rather than I can’t. I will, rather than I won’t. I love, rather than I hate. I forgive, rather than I condemn. When we live in positive mindfulness, we create the world in which we wish to live. Namaste!
