September 21, 2011


When we approach our lives with a sense of serenity and peace, the way is made easier, or at least we perceive it as such. When we shut out monkey mind in order to quiet thoughts that rage through our brains, and instead focus on the still quiet that waits at the core of our being, we are able to meet each new experience with grace and acceptance. Leaning into the serene space within allows us to flow peace into the world around us. Namaste!
