At once, we are both student and master. The student within each of us yearns for answers that have existed since we first manifested in physical form. Acknowledging that there is a finitude to our physical form compels us to ask why we are here at all, what is the purpose of this brief experience on this plane. When we see or experience suffering, for example, the student asks why such trials exist. The master within each of us knows that this world continues to be an illusion in which we exist for the educating of our spirit. The master sits in silence, awaiting the questions that elicit the answers the student already knows. Namaste!
