In the space of now, breathe. In this moment, know your breath entering your body and filling it with sustaining oxygen. In this moment, know your breath being released from your body, warmed by your core. Close your eyes. Breathe in. Breathe out. This is the essential space of your life. This is the moment held in the now by breathing in and in the next moment held in the now by breathing out. This is your essential life, sustaining your essential spirit, breathing in this essential moment of now. Namaste!
