When those we love pass to the other side of the veil, our sense of loss can overwhelm us and impede our progress on our physical life’s path. When we become overwrapped by grief over what is in truth the illusion of loss, we can lose our way and dedicate our energies to sorrow. When we realize that the spirit of our loved one continues to exist and is available to communicate with, we can benefit from inviting them to visit us to commune and share love and the affection of spirit. Sometimes, the closeness available to spirit is even greater than that when spirits are harbored within the physical. Open your spirit self to the spirits of others and realize there really is no death and there are no dead. Namaste!
