The sorrow of a lifetime of what-ifs and postponed decisions and actions translates into a lifetime that never reaches its full potential, that never fulfills its purpose. At the end of one’s incarnation, one wants to acknowledge having lived fully, knowing that all that one’s spirit had set out to do was at least attempted, if not accomplished. In the trying, we still learn the desired lesson. We do not need to accomplish all sorts of grand levels of action. And certainly, we do not successfully thrive at the expense of others. We do need to live a life that reaches for the greatest good for self and for the All. Procrastination and inaction impede the progress of the soul. Namaste!

Kahlil Gibran wrote that children “come through you but not from you.” We must constantly remember that these small beings whose bodies our bodies formed, are also spirits who existed before this incarnation as ageless entities and will continue as such after this earthly expression is completed. We live in our highest commitment to the interdependent web of existence when we nurture not simply their physical bodies, but their spirit selves as well. When we acknowledge, celebrate, and honor their independence as beings with whom we share this moment in this space, we come to realize our oneness as equal expressions of the Creative Force, formed by and sustained in love. Namaste!

The awareness of your existence as a spiritual being is a 24/7 acknowledgment of your constant potential for kindness, compassion, empathy, and love. You are spirit not just on some designated day of the week, but every day, in every moment, with every breath. As such, you are continually called on to live your best self and for the highest good of All. To live in the knowledge that you are part of the eternal interdependent web of existence means you are alert to the needs of others and respond to those needs. It means living knowing that what is termed “death” is an illusion and that your spirit will support you in every frame of existence in which you find yourself, without fear or constraint. It means remaining open to the inspiration of the Creative Force, that your actions and thoughts are sustained by the love for All, of All. Namaste!

When we remain open and quiet and listen intently with the ears of the heart, we can discern the voice of spirit speaking to us, giving us guidance to carry into the larger world. We must be vigilant and receptive to the sound of the still small voice that imparts the wisdom and knowledge that will light our path and grow the blossoms along the way, the fragrance of which reaches into our souls, discerning our needs and fulfilling our wants. When we are silent, we can hear the voice that is our voice, as it is part of the voice of the Creative Force that always knows our deepest being. We must remain silently engaged in this moment to hear the words of truth that will ease our way through this life as it exists as part of the eternal now.  Namaste!

When we forget that the only reality on this plane is the here and now, this moment in this space, we open ourselves to all sorts of negative emotions. Fear, guilt, shame, self-doubt, these emotions rob us of the joy of the moment. When we approach this moment in a state of love and clarity of purpose, with the intent of the highest good of all, we are rewarded by knowing that we are doing our best and therefore should not allow ourselves to suffer from feelings of failure or transgression. These feelings feed the fog of negativity that can seep into our lives, permeating our perceptions and every facet of our lives until we lose our connection with our higher self. If we remain mindful, we will rest easy knowing that the Creative Force supports us in our moment to moment existence in a matrix of compassion, empathy, kindness, and love. Namaste!

It is said that whatsoever you sow, so shall you reap. In other words, whatever you put out into the world, you will receive back. For better or worse, in fact, what comes back at you comes back three-fold. If you emanate love, love will come back to you in abundance, but by the same token, if you send out feelings of hate, so also will this come back in a three-fold manner. If you show compassion and empathy, you will be surrounded by that bountiful support. If you show the lack of these, you will have to struggle to stand when faced with the tides of misfortune. It is always better to acknowledge and practice the Golden Rule: do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Kindness and generosity sown in the fertile garden of the interdependent web manifests three-fold, encompassing the world in an abundant harvest of love and trust. Namaste!
