I am an expression of the Creative Force that created the All. When I remember this, I act and react as one in the One. When I forget, I suffer the illusion of separateness, of aloneness, of loss, of unmitigated sorrow. When I forget who and what I am, I lose my sense of purpose, why I am here, where I am from, where I am going. When I forget, I lose my sense of center, of being surrounded by unceasing love, of knowing I am a spiritual being having a physical experience. When I remember the truth of my existence, I act and react in compassion, empathy, and kindness. When I remember, I am safe within the interdependent web sustained by the energy of love. When I remember, I know I am one in the One. And so are you! Namaste!
