Sometimes, it can feel as though we are wading through too much stuff . . . too many things, too many ideas, too many demands. This cacophony can surround us like a fortress keeping us in and keeping us from perceiving the riches that are presenting themselves at the gates that are unable to open because they are blocked by too many disparate objects and ideas that have lost their importance and usefulness in our lives. We lock ourselves into familiar spaces and routines because these present the façade of comfort and stability. In truth, we are keeping ourselves from exploring new and exciting ideas and experiences, partly from laziness, partly from inertia, and quite a lot from fear. When we release fear, clear away the outdated excess in our lives, and step outside of our comfort zone, we can discover a fuller and more fulfilling life informed and sustained through the energy of the Creative Spirit. Namaste!
