When a loved one passes to the other side of the veil, we must listen and look carefully for signs of communication. Many times, these signs repeat until we acknowledge that they are not “coincidences.” Sometimes, we are able to discern our loved one in spirit shortly after his or her passing. They appear to us either when we are awake and in a relaxed state of mind, or in dream. We may not even be aware that the person has left their physical body and we are surprised to note that they look well and vibrant. Sometimes there are other signs: an object keeps presenting itself in a slightly unusual and repetitive way, like a yellow rose appearing in one form or another on shared days of importance, for example, a birthday or anniversary. We must remain vigilant and open minded in order to experience communication from the other side of the veil. Namaste!
